How does the return process work?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your delivery arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact our customer service within 14 days . We will ensure that your request is handled quickly and satisfactorily.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders reliably with DHL . After shipment, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery at any time. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after shipment.
Where is Prosecco produced?
Our Prosecco is produced in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy, more precisely in Latisana Pertegada. This area is known for its fertile soils and mild climate, which offer ideal conditions for viticulture.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order:
- Up to 2 kg : €4.08 net
- Up to 15 kg : €5.16 net
For all orders, an additional age verification fee of €1.19 net per delivery will be added, as these are alcoholic products.
